The menopause workshops is designed to bring women together so that we can share experiences, knowledge and support one another, an opportunity to focus on yourself as we move through a YOGA sequence, mindful meditation and Pranayama breathing and mediation techniques designed to help alleviate some of the menopause symptoms.

Ultimately this is for anyone who feels less agile, might be in recovery, where the body has less ability.
A floor based, calming healing practice, meeting your sensitive needs and where you are at.

On a one week home visit decided…why not have a pop up class with my local community.Seed planted, Flyers Printed distributed , social media doing what it does best Yoga Kindly came to Carrigart for a one off class with a further request for more.
Now in the planning a Pre Christmas Festive therapy day, awakening morning Vinyasa flow, Lunch time Vinyasa release, closing the days event with Slow Flow candle light restore.
