Wednesday 7 - 8pm ( Medium Vinyasa flow) Hay Hall -July & August

Thursday 10.30 - 11.30am (Joint Release / Short slow flow) Hay Hall -July & August

Thursday 7 - 8pm - Restorative Yoga + Meditation 40€ - 4 class course (Drop in available)

Saturday 9.45am - ( Medium Vinyasa flow) Downings Mevagh Resource Centre/ Downings Beach.

Wednesday 2pm - Carrigart community Centre Monthly Chair Yoga ( you must be a senior member to avail of this class)

48 hrs PRE-BOOKING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES.

Mini Yoga Retreats - 50€

Please note class passes to be used as follows - 3 class pass within 3 weeks, 5 class within 5 weeks, if you are unable to attend a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
